  • Most recently a partner at Cressey & Company – a private equity firm (managing $3 billion in committed capital) with 30+ years of success investing in and helping to build high quality healthcare businesses
  • Former president & chief executive officer & vice chairman of Kindred Healthcare, Inc. which was named one of the “Most Admired healthcare companies in the U.S.” by Fortune for 6 years in a row during Paul’s tenure

Eric Santa

Chief Growth Officer

  • New to Myriad – Eric joined in April 2021 to accelerate company growth, build new commercial and digital capabilities, and boost market demand
  • Previously, chief revenue officer of Rally Health, Inc., a division of Optum within UnitedHealth Group, where he spearheaded consumer digital health strategies and led key business functions including sales
  • Previously held several other strategy and leadership positions at Optum, The Boston Consulting Group and The Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association
  • Earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Purdue University and a Master’s in Business Administration from The Kellogg School at Northwestern University

Dr. Kevin R. Haas

Chief Technology Officer

  • Joined Myriad in 2013 – has served in senior level leadership roles across research and development, bioinformatics, engineering and technology
  • Previously was vice president of Bioinformatics
  • Received a B.S. from University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from University of California-Berkeley, where he worked on molecular simulation and machine learning to study protein dynamics from single molecule fluorescence
  • Has co-authored 16 peer reviewed publications and eight patent applications

Dr. Jerry Lanchbury

Chief Scientific Officer

  • Joined Myriad in 2002
  • Is a highly respected expert in immunogenetics with more than 100 reviewed research journal publications
  • Was a researcher in molecular immunogenetics at Kings College London
  • Graduated from the University of Aston, Birmingham, U.K.
  • Earned a Ph.D. in Population Genetics from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne
  • Completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the United Medical & Dental Schools of the University of London in Human Disease Genetics

Nicole Lambert

President of Myriad Genetic Laboratories

  • Joined Myriad in 2001 – was previously Myriad’s general manager for Oncology and Urology and vice president of Dermatology
  • Was a genetic counselor at LabCorp prior to Myriad
  • Received a bachelor’s degree in Biology and Sociology from Boston College
  • Earned a master’s in genetic counseling from Mt. Sinai School of Medicine at New York University

Mark S. Verratti

President of Mental Health

  • Joined Myriad in 2016
  • Previously, SVP and chief sales & business development officer at Assurex Health
  • Held senior leadership positions with Forest Pharmaceuticals where he led commercial teams with revenues approaching $500 million
  • Held senior and general management positions with Cyberonics/LivaNova leading teams in over 70 countries
  • Received a B.S. in Life Sciences with a minor in Physiology from The Pennsylvania State University

Faith Zaslavsky

President of Oncology

  • Joined Myriad in 2000 – has held roles with progressive responsibility in sales, strategic account management and leadership
  • Prior to her current position, she held multiple commercial leadership roles including National Sales Director of Oncology, Regional Sales Director of Women’s Health and Regional Manager of Managed Care
  • Serves on the Board of Directors for non-profit organizations focusing on children’s development and Jewish education
  • Received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Washington State University

Bryan Riggsbee

Chief Financial Officer

  • Joined Myriad in 2014
  • Previously served 10 years with LabCorp, mostly recently as the senior vice president of Corporate Finance
  • Served in various finance roles with General Electric and the audit division of KPMG
  • Received a B.A. degree in Accounting from North Carolina State University, a B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University
  • Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of North Carolina

Maggie Ancona

Senior Vice President, Enterprise Transformation and Program Management Office

  • Joined Myriad in January 2021 to manage a broad range of transformation initiatives and workstreams with a focus on operational excellence
  • Previously led Global Transformation and Program Management at Hewlett Packard (HP) and Dell Technologies where she oversaw business transformation strategy, executed large-scale programs, implemented cost management efforts and revamped digital infrastructure for the future
  • Received a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of San Francisco
